Four lectures on 09 February 2023

On the next day of the workshop in Paris, four lectures were presented during two sessions. Joanna Frońska (IRHT), Marta Cerrito and Anna Floris (UNIPA) presented the most important issues of codicology and palaeography related to medieval legal sources. In turn, Raphaël Eckert (Université de Strasbourg) focused on the presentation of the most important medieval sources of canon law. In the afternoon, first lecture was given by Emanuele Conte (Université Roma tre, EHESS) and Marie Bassano (Université de Toulouse), titled: Les sources du droit romain et le cas particulier de la littérature orléanaise. Then Kacper Górski and Maciej Mikuła shared with some information concerning legal historical sources in Web.
