Intensive course in Palermo: Day 2 and 3

On Thursday and Friday, February 8 and 9, next lectures of FONTES intensive course in Palermo were given.

Thursday began with the speech of Joanna Frońska (IRHT) on medieval codicology. The next speaker, Sonia Merli (UniPa) focused on medieval latin documents.

After lunch, three lectures on medieval canon law followed. They were presented by Orazio Condorelli (UniCT), Vincenzo Roberto Imperia (UniPa) and Ignazio Alessi (UniGe).

On Friday, two last lectures were given. The first one presented by Maciej Mikuła and Kacper Górski (JU) focused on statutory sources in medieval and early modern Poland. The second one by Beatrice Pasciuta and Marta Cerrito (UniPa) concerned legal sources of medieval Kingdom of Sicily.

After last speeches PI Beatrice Pasciuta (UniPa) concluded the intensive course. 

Then, the whole team of the FONTES Project gathered in order to discuss the development of the Project.
